C&G became our HOA's janitorial service provider about two month's ago. They have totally turned our condominium complex around. Cloves worked closely with the board, making recommendations along the way, to trun around years of neglect for our property. For example, he recommended changing all the old 9V smoke detectors to new 10 year smoke detectors so we didn't have to change batteries. He also did a deep cleaning of the carpets, which hadn't been cleaned in years. At the time of this recommendation, C&G is testing a mobile app to request service and report issues. They are likely the only janitor service in Houston providing this level of customer care. Our entire HOA is delighted with C&G Commercial Cleaning!

C&G was hired for cleaning our common areas at our Nantucket condominium complex about 3 months ago and has done a superior job! Have never been more impressed with the staff and service from C&G cleaning! They go and do what is required and then go beyond what is expected when it comes to cleaning! Not in contract to pickup leaves but have seen them pickup leaves in our courtyard and we have two motorcycles by our door and they have wiped them down and dusted them! That is service that goes way beyond what we expected! Awesome job C&G! A big thank you from the Nantucket condominiums! The owner(Cloves)also comes by to check on things and likes to get feedback from the owners! Can't go wrong with C&G cleaning!
